FAQ — WORKSHOPS

Q. What does a Peak Life Habits® or Habitually Great® program involve?

A. Peak Life Habits will work closely with you to tailor a program based on your goals and situation. The Habitually Great programs involve a Peak Life Habits leader/presenter and, depending on size of the group, an assistant leader. All sessions are interactive during which audience participation is an active part of the methodology and actively encouraged. The program also includes workbooks and exercises that are done by participants in the session. A minimum of a half-day session (4 hours) is required for the program to be effective. Each participant leaves with their own workbook for continued study and reference.
